Various hormones, dietary ‘hacks’ and supplements are often mentioned when someone just wants to look and feel better….
Here is the thing…
If you are just starting out on your journey, DO NOT start overthinking the whole process.
Most people who are inactive and have a crappy diet will benefit from:
- Eating more fruits and veggies
- Having 3-4 palm and a half sized portions of protein per day
- Drinking 2-3 litres of water per day
- Moving every day with 2-4 full body weight workouts per week
- Find a way to Sleep better and/or longer
- Focused breathing for 5 mins a day
Implement 1 or 2 of these a week. Don’t get overwhelmed. Still eat and drink some of you favourite stuff (within reason)
Do that for 6-8 weeks and see how you feel.
