It's not the Brand, It's the People behind the Brand!

It’s not the brand or the company. It’s always the people who manage the brand and company - for its people.
I think this is a valuable lesson for all businesses (by this I mean the business/ corporate men and women behind those businesses) that value more on revenue than its people and practices.
One can have all the right business blueprint, processes and fancy purpose in place. Yet, it is unequivocally critical to identify the role and living it, rightfully. Not just to talk the talk, but walk the talk. The responsibility lies with all the managers, to manage their people and teams “with care”, like they manage the business and its needs with utmost care. It is instrumental to ensure people’s fundamentals, values and basics are looked after or taken care, responsibly.
A reputation damage brought by one’s own people with credible evidence could be one heck of a damage. Yet, it’s one persons negligence impacting another. The brand’s legacy getting tarnished for the wrong acts of “some” managers or their poor staff management practices is not fair for the brand!
