It's Book Launch Week!

It has been an exciting week - and this one is about to get more exciting!

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to coordinate our 14 authors in our new anthology, Taking the Leap: from Employee or Executive to Female Founder , get everything ready for tomorrow's launch (our own events and the Amazon requirements), notify the press, and collect nearly a dozen bonuses you get when you get the book during launch week. Whew!

Suffice it to say that as I've read and edited these female founders' stories, I'm so inspired and honored at what they have experienced and overcome to become successful entrepreneurs.

And of course we're bursting at the seams to have you experience them too!

Our launch party is tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 17, starting at 9 am Pacific/noon Eastern - and we'll be interviewing the authors LIVE throughout tomorrow and Wednesday and Thursday.

5 Critical Systems You Need to Reach Your Goals

As I've been working with coaching clients and collaborators the past few weeks, I've noticed a dichotomy:

They have a big vision - they want to reach 6 or 7 figures...

But...

They lack the appropriate systems and channels to actually?attract and nurture?those clients!

Affirmations are powerful - but the only way they really work for entrepreneurs is when you also take the action to receive the good you are affirming.

Here are the 5 most important systems:

  1. A clear brand across all channels.?When I visit your website, your social media profiles, read your newsletter or see your videos on YouTube, all should be congruent. This is one of the?best?ways to build credibility and initial trust in our crowded marketplace. (It might be time for a brand audit!)
  2. An email list.?You may have thousands of connections on one or more social platforms - but those are your "rented" audience. You don't own them - and they could be taken away at any moment. (Yes, social media is important - that's why I'm teaching a masterclass on it later this month! But it's still a rented audience.). Your "owned" audience is your email. So any time people connect with you on social, you should have a way to obtain their email address as well (and today, their cell number if possible for SMS marketing). Your email list should grow each and every week.
  3. A working phone number to reach you - with room on the voicemail.?When a client is ready to sign up, imagine what will happen if (a) they can't find your phone number, (b) when they call it goes to voicemail and doesn't get returned, or (c) it goes to voicemail but your voicemail is full. You've lost a sale! Get a free Google voice number forwarded to your cell phone, or a dedicated business line through our Dashboard system. But be sure interested prospects can reach you!
  4. A web presence.?This is not priority number 1 when you are starting out - first get a handful of clients and use those funds (or a portion of them) to get a website designed. But if you've been in business more than 6 months and still don't have a website, it's time to get one. And you don't have to invest tens of thousands of dollars (please don't!).?Contact us ?for an affordable website solution designed for coaches which also includes everything else you need marketing systems-wise in your business.   5. A lead magnet.?No, lead magnets have not gone out of style! In fact, they are more important than ever in a market of more discerning (read: skeptical) clients. They need to get to know you?before?they talk with you or your sales team. So start the conversation with a free report, a checklist, or an infographic - but be?sure?to include your story. Too many coaches miss this! The mere report or checklist or infographic alone can be obtained through Google or ChatGPT - or at least the information in it can. But how have?you?gotten to where you are? What's your hero's journey? THAT is what will get people wanting to investigate further. Then you need 7-9 hours of content or live interaction to be available so they develop sufficient know/like/trust to hire you.
