Hey there ??
It’s been a while. A long while.
I started Wright On Leadership in 2010 with big ideas and even bigger goals. But then, like it does, life happened. Work piled up. Days turned into months. Months turned into years. And just like that, this space sat quiet... and got a little dusty.
So, where have I been?
Buried in work and life. Learning. Attempting to be a better leader. Trying to keep all the plates spinning—just like you. I poured everything into other areas and let this little corner of the internet slide.
But something’s been tugging at me lately. I miss this. I miss writing. I miss connecting with people like you who care about real?leadership and getting sh*t done and not all the buzzwords, politics, humblebragging, and selling that LinkedIn has become, ya know?
And the LinkedIn fluff-o-meter is pegged out these days, ya know?
Why I’m Back
Because we need more spaces to have honest and candid conversations about leadership, growth, really doing what you have to do to attract top 5% talent, and all the messy, human stuff we all navigate. And I still have a lot to say.
I’ll be sharing short, actionable content that challenges conventional wisdom, sparks reflection, and occasionally make you laugh or p*ss you off… who knows? That will be the fun part! Cool?
So What’s Next?

Some of the topics:
I won't post the good stuff on LinkedIn often, mainly because it's noisy and inundated. I also don't want to build this in someone else's house, subject to their whims or whether a government decides to shut it down (TikTok, anyone?).
If it's not your jam, that's cool—no hard feelings. I'll still share brief, top-of-mind things here, too.
For those jumping on this ride—thank you. I’ll do my best to make it worth your time.
Go get ‘em! ??
PS—if you follow me or we’re connected on LinkedIn, you may have already noticed the “Go get ‘em! ??” sign-off.
If you’re interested in that origin story, drop a like or comment. It’s a good one.
