It’s an amusing predicament

Quick post today. In recent weeks we’ve had questions from at least 50 clients in various stages of panic, asking about the new GDPR regulations.

On one hand it’s great to see so much awareness of the new data laws, on the other hand the number of businesses evidencing little or no preparative measures to date, with less than a month to go is a real head scratcher.

So by amusing I mean palm-sweatingly terrifying… and by predicament, I mean anxiety inducing shitastrophuck.

Fret not, we have you covered on the prospecting side. Today we released the SoPro Compliance Centre within SoPro Hub.

This literally went live a few hours ago and you can access it via the main menu in the SoPro Hub. 

The compliance centre includes our GDPR and PECR compliance FAQ, intuitive Right to Erasure (RTE) processing tools, automated Subject Access Request handling, unsubscribe management, complaint handling templates and several other useful tools, references and cheeky links. 

As usual, plenty more to come. The next few additions are already in development.
