It's All About You

"Success isn't something that happens to you.  Success is something that happens because of you."  Whether you are leading a team or working on your own personal development you must take responsibility for everything.  As a leader you must believe that you can make a difference.  You can effect change in yourself and others.  You can  grow and add value to your life and the lives of those around you.  It all starts with you taking responsibility.  Assume that you are in control of your life and the people on your team.  If you go though life just accepting what life gives you, you will never reach  your potential.  With that "loser" attitude you are likely going to end up playing the part of a victim or a cry baby. 

You have within you the seeds of greatness.  There is a giant in you just waiting to get out.  Get out there and make a difference.  Your family and your company is looking for leadership.
