HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY

Yeah! coming to the point,

We are planning Teachers' day event from past 7 days to the sept-5th. It was a tough task for us to took the permission from Director sir (@Prof. P. Jagadeeshwara Rao sir). After a few hours meeting! sir gave permission to us. It was a difficult task for me to organize an event. But my team make that task simple and sweet. I never tasted any experience as a organizer in my past. But I tried my level best.

We conducted games to the teachers and they actively participated in games.

A red letter day was came, that's Teachers' Day.

Coming to my day in Sept-5th as an organizer. It was around 8:30 am early in the morning. I have just in my dreams. My friend suddenly woken me up. I just taken my mobile for scrolling, It was nearly 30 missed calls and huge message count fell down in my mobile. After scrolling, I completely dressed up and went to the class. My classmates arranged a photoshoot like as all of our classmates fit in one frame.

After completing the photoshoot, we just relaxed but our CR @munna arranged the photoshoot with EP mam(@malleshwari mam) and OOPS sir (@ramana sir) . It's a big struggle for us to arrange the students for photoshoot. After a small gap the battle is over, and we are all arranged successfully. Here is the photo with EP mam and OOPS sir..

After completing the photoshoot with faculty. I just left the class to take over the arrangements of Teachers' day event. We forgot some things which are useful for the event. So we need to go and buy those things. Our management arranged the vehicle for us to go srikakulam. We buy all the things which are necessary for the event. And we returned back to the campus.

We invited all the faculty members for the plantation program.

Sorry! I forgot to tell you something which is plantation program to the teachers.. Every teacher plant one plant on the occasion of teachers day. Here is our invitation card for teachers...

Yeah! After successfully completing the plantation program. We started decorating the stage. It take huge time to decorate the stage with ballons and other things. But successfully decorated.

We just got the information that some of the teachers are not coming to the event because of some reasons. But we never expect this(Unexpected). So we decided to give the gifts to all the faculty members at once. So we postponed the gifts presentation program to the next day that is today( Sept-6th). And we successfully distributed all the gifts to the teaching and non-teaching staff. Here are some photos..

Sharp 6:00 pm the event was started. We first felicitate the honourable director sir and chief guest P. Venkata Pratap Kumar and other faculty.

I really thank @Harshitha and @prasanthi for taking the complete program in their hands as an anchors and make the event successful.

After completion of felicitation program the cultural activities are started. Our Director sir was a well known singer for our students. When sir started singing all the students are enjoying like anything. We successfully completed the Teachers' Day event.

On the other day that is today someone told me that Director sir was calling you!!. That's it my heart starts beating fleetly. But Director sir @Prof. P . Jagadeeshwara Rao sir appreciated us about the event. We felt very happy.

On last of the event my friend clicked some pictures of me. As a organizer feeling proud for successfully completed the event.

The event was going on till 11:45 PM. We all are enjoyed a lot...:)
