It’s all about Salad!

Eat a colourful salad with at least one meal a day ???


As you probably already know, having a colourful salad provides you with more beneficial nutrients. Such as carrots providing vitamin A and leafy greens providing powerful anti-oxidants that help prevent cancer ???


If you’re not sure what kind of vegetables to include, have a look at some of the recipes for Greek salads or Google colourful salad recipes.?


Here’s a list of some of the best vegetables to use:


Tomatoes ???

Cucumber ???

Lettuce ???

Kale ???

Spinach ???

Celery ???

Onions ???

Spring Onions ???

Garlic ???

Try adding some fruit too ???


Being prepared is the key. Have a list so you know exactly what you want when you go shopping ???


Choose organic vegetables or, even better, grow your own for even more nutrients ???


Try this ???? Once cut into a bowl, pour a few drops of olive oil over the salad, squeeze a fresh whole lemon and add a little Himalayan salt and pepper before stirring well???
