It's All About People, Everything Else is Supplemental

The basic philosophy, spirit, and drive of an organization have far more to do with its relative achievements than do technological or economic resources, organizational structure, innovation, and timing. All these things weigh heavily in success but they are, I think, transcended by how strongly people in an organization believe in the organization’s basic precepts and how faithfully they carry them out. I see the leadership of successful organizations setting the example with a religious type zeal that instills energy and passion in everything the Company does and everyone the Company comes into contact with. As for an individual’s contribution, the most important single factor, I believe, is COMMITMENT . It is the unyielding COMMITMENT from an organization's people that ignites action. I propose the following statement depicts the value proposition of a successful Company; the culmination of expertise and dedication of people working to find innovative solutions that consistently and reliably achieve the high standards customers demand.
