20 years ago, you’d log onto a desktop computer and everything you’d use at work that day would be on that desktop computer.
It’s not so simple anymore.
Now you have the cloud, SharePoint, OneDrive teams and so on. Users are spending more and more time looking for applications, files, documents, company announcements and so on…
It’s become complicated. Even the smartest amongst us have forgotten where we’ve saved a document from time to time. When you add up hundreds or even thousands of users closing one application to log into another (and of course the lost logins!) you start to see inefficiency creep in. A 2018 report from Pegasystems found that the average user switches between applications 1100 times a day!
The way we work has changed massively in the last 2 years – never mind the last 20! But have a look at this:
Looks familiar right? It's the Windows 95 home desktop, fine for its time but have a look at this:
This is the latest version of Windows, as you can see the home layout hasn't really changed on a deep level in the last 27 years - However...the way we are working and accessing information and applications has changed.

With employees looking in more and more different places for the apps and info they need to do their jobs every time they can’t quickly find what they are looking for you get:
?
1.?????An employee who can’t be productive until they’ve found what they need (which can result in a ticket to IT!)
2.?????A…shall we say…frustrated employee? At the very least hardly a more digitally confident user.
3.?????Communication breakdowns and holdups.

It’s never been more important to bring everything together in one place and just make it simpler and easier for people to do their jobs as soon as they open their screen.

Now let's look at something new:

If you're wondering about the Dutch by the way our Head Office is in the Netherlands, but anyway...

This is Workspace365. One Digital Workspace that unites all your applications documents and internal communications in one place. Designed to be easy and intuitive to use - the most technophobic, change hating users tell us 'why didn't we have this years ago?' and it's so easy to use it's like having 'an iPad in a browser'.

Here's just a couple of things you can do with it:
