Now that I am coaching people about the restaurant business and the whole gamut of profitability, I get these questions a Lot!

How should I increase sales, How to find the location, concept etc.

While these questions are Important, The Ultimate Purpose of a Business Owner who is into any kind of Selling of Goods and services is To focus On Multiplying His Capital!

Yes, All we are doing is to Increase Rs. X To R. Y, Converting a Number we had earlier into the one higher.

Now, it's a totally different thing that we do not focus on this each month (Yes, it has to be done each month) and since what we don't focus we do not control, We lose all the capital employed for us (which if managed efficiently can grow on its own) to make profits!

So Make sure you focus on the right things in life, The Things that help you Multiply Your Capital.

Now There are Many Types of Capital Like Actual Money Capital, Relationship Capital, (Relationship with your Family, Friends etc), Employee Capital etc.

Now Don't be selfish and just Put all your focus on multiplying Only your Money capital , ignoring all other things.

Then you will be as they call With a 'Lot Of Money and No One To Share it with'!

You have to focus on each one of these to make sure that all of them grow with time, Strengthen in size and Flourish.

Now, it's not going to happen Automatic without your eye on it.

One thing happens Automatic and that Depletion In Capital!
