Let me give you a quick overview of how Life Competencies work, and I'll go into more detail about the skills behind each condition in future newsletters.

As the navigation tool in LifeSpider System?, the 9 Life Competencies enhance various skills and adjust our life coordinates to ensure we are heading toward our desired destinations.?

It doesn't matter how confident we are in our destinations and how detailed our plans are if our coordinates do not match.

Like a boat on the sea, which is sensitive to wind, magnetic fields, and currents, we are exposed to more or less noticeable factors. With the correct set coordinates, we have no choice but to achieve our dreams, visions, and goals.

THE 9 LIFE COMPETENCIES — AN OPERATING SYSTEM FOR YOUR LIFE

Just like a computer, LifeCompetencies is an operating system for your life. It can run quietly yet powerfully in the background or be called into action at a moment's notice. It works with the hardware — your body, mind, and spirit — which you already have in place. It interfaces with all the other applications — spirituality, philosophy, science, religion, physiology, etc. — that are installed in your life.

LifeCompetencies helps the applications to run at their optimum performance. It's an efficient way to manage and work with the various files you have created — relationships, projects, beliefs, circumstances — whether they are active or archival. It assists in regulating and allocating your energy source.

Finally, LifeCompetencies is an effective maintenance tool — troubleshooting problems, deflecting damaging input, and keeping your hard drive in top working order.

TRANSPARENCY IS THE CONDITION THAT IS RELATED TO THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE.

To illustrate how it works, I will use Transparency, which refers to the competency in transferring information and the ability to communicate.??

MECHANISM OF TRANSPARENCY

How well we receive and transfer information through our physical communication organs depends on our level of consciousness.?

Transparent communication is listening without having our own agenda or expecting a particular response.

Active listening is listening without expectations, putting our values aside, and communicating on the receiver's terms.?

When our consciousness increases, we understand the underlying meaning of words, grasp the reason behind the visible expression, and avoid intruding on other people's integrity.?

Successful communication originates from respecting people's different frames of reference, experiences, and aims. It's about keeping the consultant in check and not wanting to be everyone's teacher.?

We can improve our listening skills by expanding our consciousness. This means listening and informing without having our own agenda or expecting a particular response.??

Without expectations, we can listen and communicate on the receiver's terms and put our own personal values aside.?

TRANSPARENCY IN UTOPIA

Ultimately, Transparency is a state where people are free of values and judgments and act with a universal purpose.?People have access to super-fast communication and can use their telepathic ability for distance communication.?In this transparent state of mind, they receive information without translation and send data without distortion.

GREAT LEADERS ARE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATORS

The goal for most people is to be in a Transparent state because it's where they find peace and productivity. It's a state where stress and annoying people are rare. Taking your communication skills to the next level is the key to approaching this state of mind.

You can increase your Transparency by developing your communication skill—the ability to listen, interpret data, and deliver information— which begins with increasing self-awareness of how your defense mechanisms affect your communication.?

It's also about detecting egoistic intentions behind your actions, thoughts, and feelings. Another skill to develop that most development programs and education in communication forget is to uncover your underlying belief system and how your values affect your communication.

6 INTENTIONS—OR GOALS—FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO ENHANCE THEIR COMMUNICATION ABILITIES

1. Listening so attentively that you leave yourself behind and hearing beyond the spoken words.
2. Differentiate between what is an interpretation of value and what is intuition.
3. Communicate in silence, use body language, and use all senses to send and receive information.
4. Avoid acting from defense and know how to minimize its effects when communicating with others about how they show up.
5. Be in a partnership with the ego and consciously use egoistic intentions for positive purposes.
6. Understand and respect other people's values, and know how to utilize those values to move forward.
