I like you and you like me = +ve Energy = A Happy Mood

I like you and you don't like me = I feel good but don't get the response so end result = Energy level may not deteriorate = I maintain my mood

I don't like you and you like me = I ignore anything positive = - ve Energy = Bad Mood

I don't like you and you don't like me - Kya karna hai. Milna hii kyon hai and if we meet better to stay formal and move away or else it would result in Worst mood..

So better to work with and meet those who like you and whom you like.
