Former RDF director of production Angela Oakhill has joined Boom, the ITV Studios-owned label, while ex-S4C commissioner Elen Rhys has been made head of Boom Kids.

Optomen has appointed former Channel 4 and Lime Pictures executive Becky Cadman to the newly-created role of Head of Talent-led Programming.

Hot off the press, BBC Studios has appointed commissioner Sreya Biswas to the newly created position of Director of Programmes for the Natural History Unit.
