Iterations made better

#Planit staff busy working through an iteration using many of the techniques that they have learnt on our #Planit courses and internal coaching.

Collaboration is one of the key communication skills that all agile team members need. Feeling comfortable to ask for help, share experiences and experiment often in a safe culture is one of the key pillars of success.

Team members need to have a voice and no more necessary is this than in the agile ceremonies. If you are the most junior member of the team or the new person starting with the team, everyone has an equal voice. There needs to be respect within the team to listen to everyone's opinion. A saying that I like that highlights this is "You have two ears and one mouth, therefore you should listen twice as much as talking"
