Q: Are there any initiatives or programs at IntelliDyne that you’ve been a part of, which you feel have had a positive impact on the company or its employees?
A: I think the Military Resource Group (MRG) is a fantastic example of our company culture in action! Not only do we strive to hire military-connected candidates, but we take time to thank them and volunteer with organizations that also support them. I know many of our staff look forward to each year’s volunteer events, especially ones like the Fisher House Foundation annual clean-up, Operation Gratitude care package assembly, and Soldiers’ Angels stocking stuffing events where we have multiple members of the staff volunteer together. The MRG determines activities at each site where we can tailor what we do to the needs of the military-connected population we serve. This makes these events even more meaningful to those participating in them, especially those staff who are veterans themselves!
