ITC Manufacturing Welcomes Mike Shorts as CEO

ITC Manufacturing is excited to officially introduce Mike Shorts as our new Chief Executive Officer! Over the past month, Mike has already begun leading ITC into its next chapter, bringing 25+ years of industry expertise and a vision for growth.

Mike’s leadership is focused on expanding ITC’s product offerings, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving innovation while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer success.

A Strategic Leader with a Vision for Growth

Mike was selected through a rigorous search process and brings to the position deep experience in manufacturing and new product development. His appointment to the role reflects ITC’s commitment to capitalize on the opportunity to provide new products to serve the material handling market and the evolving needs of all its customers. ??

ITC owners Johnnie and Joy Caldwell expressed their excitement at having Shorts at the helm, recognizing his more than 25-year history of successfully leading the growth and profitability of manufacturing companies through a customer centric focus and commitment to manufacturing excellence and efficiency.

Mike expressed his honor at being selected as the next CEO, and his enthusiasm for building upon the company’s long history of producing quality products and innovative solutions to support the industries ITC serves as we transition to new methods of operation. ??

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.
