In my experience what I have perceived to ensure effective audit reporting, focus on clear, concise language, presenting findings objectively with supporting evidence, and prioritizing relevant issues. Provide actionable recommendations, utilize visual aids for clarity, deliver reports promptly, and customize content for stakeholders. Follow up with a plan for implementation and monitoring, and establish a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement. Don’t focus to find out findings…focus on the aspect for area of improvements and recommendations that definitely going to be a value add for any client.
