For instance, we recently celebrated the outstanding work of a Robinson Solutions site, whose innovative approach to problem-solving in a steam trap survey and replacement initiative saved GM significant resources [1.5 M GAL/MO or 18 M GAL/Y] and received recommendations to expand the program. Stories like these serve not only to inform but to inspire, showcasing the extraordinary efforts and achievements of our colleagues.

I am also proud to announce that in our first year of being assessed by EcoVadis, TEAM Group received a silver rating, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. This achievement provides transparency to our customers, partners, and stakeholders and reflects our proactive approach to environmental and social responsibility.
With a history spanning over 40 years in industrial services for the manufacturing industry, TEAM has continually demonstrated resilience and innovation. NAVIGATING THE TEAM SAFETY JOURNEY
In the coming editions, we will share vital information related to Health and Safety, both in the workplace and at home. This section will highlight our unwavering commitment to safety through various initiatives, ideas, and recognition of exemplary efforts.
We will spotlight:
ENVISION ZERO INJURIES
We are committed to a Zero Injuries Program for all sites. All accidents are preventable and unacceptable. We believe in predicting and preventing workplace incidents, with a goal of achieving zero. To support this, we invest in the development and implementation of engineered solutions to remove hazards, mandate the use of safety equipment and PPE, and continuously improve our safety policies and procedures. By caring for our people our employees participate in a wide variety of safety training programs, including basic training for new employees, job-specific safety training, and ongoing education through both classroom and remote-access courses.
For example, our recent initiative to enhance safety monitoring through advanced technology has significantly improved our ability to address potential hazards in real-time, promoting a safer work environment for everyone. This includes real-time data collection and analysis, allowing us to swiftly address unsafe conditions and behaviors.
PROACTIVE AND DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH
Our approach to safety is proactive and data-driven. Everyone is provided a TEAM Safety Badge alongside advanced technology to monitor and analyze real-time safety data, allowing us to swiftly address potential hazards and unsafe behaviors. Fascinatingly, the industry at large is investigating the use of wearable technology that tracks vital signs and environmental conditions, providing immediate feedback to prevent incidents.
In our next article, we will present the results of the Safety Perception Survey and compare them with the previous survey conducted a few years ago. This comparison will highlight our progress and efforts to advance along the DuPont Bradley Curve, reflecting our journey towards excellence in safety culture.
Since the implementation of our TEAM Culture, we have witnessed significant improvements and increased participation in making safety our most important core value. TEAM's Continuous Improvement Process [CIP] encourages employees to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement in safety practices. We are proud of our achievements and are committed to continuous improvement. We look forward to including many items of interest and encourage you to submit your contributions to BOSS and TEAM Safety. Your input is invaluable in helping us maintain and enhance our safety culture through various methods and activities.

GREEN HORIZONS: EMBRACING ESG WITH ECOVADIS
We have announced the release of our inaugural ESG report this year. The theme for this report was the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the Gwich’in Peoples, highlighting the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Lights. This theme underscores our commitment to environmental stewardship and the preservation of indigenous cultures.
TEAM Group leverages EcoVadis to drive its Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform that rates businesses’ sustainability based on four key categories: environmental impact, labor and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices.
To drive global supply chain sustainability, large multinational corporations partner with EcoVadis, leveraging the influence of spend as a “force for good” to push trading partners beyond compliance. To date, EcoVadis has rated over 75,000 trading partners worldwide, mitigating risk for some of the world’s largest organizations, while positively impacting the environment, fostering transparency, and driving innovation. We are excited to join this group and start working toward a better future.

We are proud to announce that in our first year of being assessed by EcoVadis, TEAM Group received a silver rating. This significant achievement places us in the top 15% of companies assessed, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.

SUPPLIER ASSURANCE ACHIEVEMENT
We are also proud to announce that TEAM Group has achieved an S-Rating Type B from SupplierAssurance. This rating is a testament to our high standards and opens new opportunities for further contracts with existing and prospective customers in the industry, further solidifying our commitment to excellence with OEM & Tier 1 customers.

The Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, hold a deep cultural significance for the Gwich'in people. They believe the lights are the spirits of their ancestors, dancing in the sky, serving as a reminder of their connection to the land and their heritage. This profound respect for the natural world is central to the Gwich'in worldview and emphasizes the importance of preserving their traditional lands, just as we strive to do good.
We are committed to continuous improvement and transparency in our sustainability journey. Our ratings from EcoVadis and SupplierAssurance not only recognizes our current efforts but also motivates us to strive for even greater achievements. By fostering a culture of sustainability, we aim to positively impact our employees, customers, and the broader community that may be disproportionately impacted by climate change.
