Hello folks! If you think that taking care of your wellbeing resumes only to the commonly known activities such as physical movement, psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation and so on, well, I've got something new for you to try out - art therapy!

Think about it - instead of talking about your feelings, you can express yourself through art! Not only is art therapy a great way to release your emotions, but it's also a fantastic stress reliever.

Trust me, you won't regret giving art therapy a try. And who knows, you might just discover your inner artist in the process.

Demonstrating a powerful paradigm shift for finding solutions, Herman teaches us to see things differently, using art to challenge our default thinking and open up possibilities otherwise overlooked. Her unexpected, insightful, and often delightful methodology is sought after by leaders and professionals for whom failure is catastrophic. Luckily for us, these tactics work— no matter the problem’s scale or complexity. And we don’t need an art degree or previous knowledge about art to benefit from her approach, only a willingness to open our eyes and our minds. Yes, things go wrong all the time. ??Food for thought

?? How do I feel when I'm creating art? Do I feel more relaxed, focused, or energized? Pay attention to the emotions and sensations that arise while you're engaged in the creative process.

?? What themes or images keep showing up in my art? Are there any recurring symbols or colours that have personal significance? This can provide insight into your subconscious thoughts and feelings.

?? Am I too critical of my own artwork? Do I get frustrated when things don't turn out the way I want them to? Reflect on how you approach your own creative process and see if you can let go of any self-judgment.

?? How can I incorporate art into my daily routine? Even if you don't have a lot of time, try to find small ways to incorporate art into your day. Maybe it's doodling during a phone call or doing a quick sketch before bed.

?? What can I learn from my art? Take a step back and examine your artwork as if it were created by someone else. What does it reveal about your thoughts, emotions, or experiences? Use your artwork as a tool for self-discovery and growth.
