Well, I'm almost to my 100th edition... and I'm back with another packed issue.

One of my favorite pieces of Accenture’s thought leadership is our annual Life Trends repor t. This year’s report which came out last week didn’t disappoint. As I sat down to read through the findings about how people are seeking a “healthier, more balanced relationship with technology (both for themselves and the next generation), I saw so much of myself and my concerns in this year’s trends.?

So, in this edition and the four that follow, I am going to take each trend one by one... and hopefully it will resonate with you as much as it did with me.?

Trend 1: Cost of Hesitation?

“This trend details how it’s now incredibly easy to create all kinds of digital content, and a flood of scams is blurring the lines between the authentic and the deceptive. Even on once-trustworthy platforms, it’s harder for people to tell what’s real, seeding hesitation into their digital interactions.”?
