Hi! This is 'Super Diffusion' again – the first time in 2025. So, a belated happy and healthy new year to you all.
The year has got off to a fast start. In L.A., the world is once again in flames and in Germany, our democracy is being put to the extreme test. And these are just two aspects that will accompany us this year and beyond.
Although the links between rapidly rising average temperatures and uncontrollable natural phenomena – fires, floods, storms – worldwide can be clearly linked to fossil fuels and our western lifestyle, the Trump administration, together with business and finance, is warming up to carry out a devastating backlash. These four years in the White House will change our world and that of our children and grandchildren forever.
Coupled with the intervention of the super-rich in our democracy and freedom of expression – Musk and Zuckerberg are once again showing us that no one can set limits for them – this will increasingly put our society to the test. Division is inevitable.
And in all these times, one wishes for good luck and good health for 2025. We should probably wish for confidence, community and strength for all the tasks ahead...
And: like and share my findings to as many humans by your choice as possible. That's the only way to keep confidence, community & strength alive — let’s start the ‘Super Diffusion’.
??? #teamrobert against Musk & Co
Elon Musk is actively interfering in the German election campaign to support an anti-European, partly far-right party. With his enormous wealth, control over platforms and artificial intelligence, he is attacking our democracy head-on. We cannot accept this!
We will not stand idly by and watch as authoritarianism is made socially acceptable.
Sign our appeal now and take a clear stand against this influence! Will you help us to spread the word about this appeal? Then forward it to as many people as possible and share it in the comment sections on the subject of Musk.
?? Regenerative Transformation
At the same time, people are setting out to give back to the planet all that we have taken from it over decades, perhaps even centuries.
In this context, I would like to draw your attention to a book about regenerative transformation in companies. The book ‘Vom individuellen und kollegtiven Bewusstsein zum regenerativen Handeln’ offers a practical introduction to regenerative economics. It is an invitation not only to talk about change, but also to actively shape it.
To understand and truly experience the regenerative paradigm, it is crucial to connect the inner dimensions of change – such as values, identity and worldviews – with external, material changes.
The book covers four areas of transformation and provides a corresponding toolbox full of reading recommendations and exercises that help to take steps towards regenerative change in companies in a holistic way, taking into account both the internal and external dimensions, to question habits and to implement targeted improvements.
The (participatory) workbook for regenerative transformation in companies is the result of a collaboration between fiveP eG and the REGWI Institut für Regeneratives Wirtschaften , and was generously supported by the Kusala Foundation.
?? “Climate disaster” all over the place
While business and finance are already collectively backing Donald Trump's second term in office, the New York Times blithely continues to write:
The New York Times article from January 10, 2025, highlights the growing intensity and frequency of wildfires in California due to climate change. It explains how rising temperatures and prolonged droughts dry out vegetation, creating ideal conditions for fires. The piece also addresses the challenges faced by firefighters and communities, emphasizing the urgent need for stronger prevention measures and adaptation strategies to mitigate future disasters.
?? Podcast recommendation on my own behalf
And again I want to recommend the current episode of our podcast Regenerativ & Digital to you folks. David & I had a very inspirational talk with one of the Co-founders of The Landbanking Group , Tobias Bandel .
And now it‘s on you — make ?Super Diffusion‘ come to live! Share some links and/ or the whole issue. Make your friends become follower.
