We are one week away from Generosity Xchange, so I will use this week’s newsletter to break down the event. If you want to know more about the timing of the agenda, you can see it at the registration site.?

Also, all registrants will have access to the recordings and resources! So, even if you can’t go live, this will have a ton of value. There’s honestly too much to spotlight, so this is just a snapshot of what we have prepared for you next week.

Generosity in Action

I will lead with our two keynote sessions since I think they help put in context the bigger picture of why we do this event in the first place.?

Session Title: The Power of Black Community: Keynote Insights from Mide Akerewusi, B.Sc., M.Sc. (Econ), CSR-P, CDEP. , Founder of the Giving Black Conference and Podcast

Session Title: Who Is Your Community? Unlocking the Power of Community-Centric Fundraising

Description: Join Michelle Shireen Muri , co-founder of Community-Centric Fundraising, for a live-coaching session helping one nonprofit define and prioritize their community. Learn how this clarity can sharpen your fundraising, avoid burnout, and create impactful strategies.

I also wanted to use this to spotlight our Game Show and The Big Giveaway experiences as well. We are rolling out a new engagement game where attendees can be rewarded by simply participating in the event’s chat, polls, and networking opportunities.?

With prizes from folks like Mallory Erickson, Julia Campbell, Dana Snyder, John Lepp, Katrina VanHuss, and more this will be an unforgettable experience. I also have some surprises up my sleeve but the biggest gift of them all back to attendees?

A trip to Chicago to be part of our invite-only workshop and live stream show experience where I’ll be hanging out with Cherian Koshy and Abby Jarvis as they dive into how to get truly prepared for 2025 and beyond.?

Community Spotlight

When we began planning for Generosity Xchange this year, it was a high priority to include more clients as part of our speaker lineup. This has to be especially approached with care, since we are asking them to go above and beyond their normal job duties to help tell a story about the power behind using a connected nonprofit platform.
