Our first Firestarter Roundtable tackles the changing role of sales
On Wednesday 21st June, we convened a panel of nine business leaders to tackle the substantial topic of the evolution of sales. Over 90 minutes of thought-provoking discussion, our panellists sought to share and develop their understanding of how sales has changed over the course of their careers, and what further changes they see coming in the years ahead.?
The common themes which emerged were the role of technology in the sales process, how buyer behaviour has adapted in a world which makes access to information ever-more straightforward, and how sales training has an increasingly crucial role to play in helping sales people understand their customer's needs.
We are busily preparing a range of follow-up thought leadership content which will explore the outputs from our first Roundtable soon, and look forward to sharing it with you.
