Issue #3 How to Create 10+ Publications out of 1 Piece of Content? Easy Content Strategy to Get More Visibility of Your Brand

Hi everyone! My name is Renata, and I've been working in the mobile apps and games industry for over four years. I have been leading Mastermind Groups and conducting Strategy Sessions for founders and departments. So I do know a lot of inside information :)
Currently, as a Head of PR & Community at UGC Ninja , I am focusing on PR, branding, and community building. In my newsletter, I share my experiences and provide useful information to strengthen your PR and branding strategies and build communities around it.

In today's issue we will talk about the importance of the content to grow your business. And I will share an easy content strategy that we use at UGC Ninja to get more visibility and recognition of your brand.

In the ever-evolving digital landscape, two elements remain paramount: content and community. The phrase "Content is king, community is queen" encapsulates the essence of a successful online strategy.

While high-quality content attracts and engages an audience, a strong community fosters loyalty and amplifies the content's reach.

In this article we will cover the content part.

Why Content is King

Content serves as the foundation of any digital strategy. It informs, entertains, and provides value to the audience, helping to establish trust and authority. Quality content can take many forms, including blog posts, videos, podcasts, infographics, and social media updates. Here are key reasons why content is king:

  1. Attracts Traffic: SEO-optimized content improves search engine rankings, driving organic traffic to your website or platform.
  2. Engages Audience: Well-crafted content captivates the audience, encouraging them to spend more time on your site and explore further.
  3. Builds Authority: Consistently providing valuable information establishes your brand as an authority in your industry.
  4. Drives Conversions: Effective content guides users through the buyer’s journey, ultimately leading to higher conversion rates.
  5. Boosts Visibility: More potential leads/users/customers get to discover your brand.

Before developing your content strategy you need to answer several important questions:

  • what is the end goal of your content creation? Don't do content in a sake of content
  • how you want to be seen by others through your content?
  • what attributes of your company you want to establish in long term?
  • where is your potential audience spends time, on which platforms?

At UGC Ninja for example we use content for: boosting impressions and letting more potential leads to discover us; being constantly present so the potential leads won't forget about us haha; and also building up the trust with them so once they are in need on UGC-like ads - we are number one option. Thats why we do a lot of content and plan it distribution accordingly.

We are targeting to be seen as leaders in this line of work, knowledged and experienced- thats why for example most of our content and collaborations are educational.

In terms of attributes we have chosen: Employer brand (we get respected), Strong Project Management (high capacity and ability to nail any challenge), Best at chosen verticals - Gaming, Dating, Fintech, Health & Fitness and etc (to resonate the most with them).

Our potential audience is on: Linkedin, Spotify/Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Medium, Twitter and more.

So all the content should be aligned with the answers on these four questions.

1 Piece of Content = 10 Publications. Repurpose Existing Content Strategy

In this article I want to focus more on repurposing existing content, cause its a great strategy to start when you already have some been developing some pieces of content and I bet you did it a lot already, even if it was not structured and intentional.

This strategy comes to the rescue especially with limited resources of time and money to spend on content creation.

Besides, if you already got some content why not distribute it to different channels to get more traction?

How do we do it at UGC Ninja? 5 easy steps that will make you 10+ publications.

1. Recorded Video Podcast that we published on our YouTube Channel.

As an example I will share the content distribution that we did for one of our UGC Byte Talks Podcast episodes with Aniruddha Mishra

2. Uploaded the Audio Version of the podcast episode via Acast to all possible platforms like Spotify, Apple Music and etc

On Spotify

3. Cut shorts under 1 min via Klap App to distribute on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and even can be posted on your Linkedin Page, videos are catching up there.

Klap App

4. Now we are done with the video content, let's move to text format. You can also post an announce on twitter/telegram/slack channel to get more visibility.

twitter

5. Now text long formats. Choose a platform for it, you can do Medium, Linkedin Newsletter, Substack, Hubr and etc. Also don't forget your website blog.

Here you can use AI tools to get the transcript from the podcast episode and turn it to an article material. You are also not limited to any languages and can publish on any relevant resources even if they are not English, just choose ones where are the most of your potential leads. As we are international service we do mostly the content distribution worldwide.

Medium

Besides when you do the content with an invited guest / in a collaboration, you get more traction, cause they are most likely to repost, and share on their resources.

This strategy that I shared above are also working good not only for podcast episodes, but also can be implemented to any webinars, panel discussions, vlogs, workshops and etc- anything that can be recorded both online/offline.

Conclusion

Nowadays wins the one who is present online and always shows up to deliver more content. Of course mind the quality of the content, otherwise no retention and high risk of bad reputation.

For example check out Linkedin Statistics.

You compete with 1% of the users on Linkedin who post at least something

In the digital age, the content creation and distribution is crucial for any brand's success. Quality content attracts and engages an audience, by fostering it and implementing the suggestions outlined above, brands can build a robust online presence that drives growth and success. ??
