Nestlé has been quick off the mark to test how an internal generative AI tool can boost its corporate workforce efficiency. The consumer goods giant, which counts Nescafe and KitKat among its brand portfolio, introduced NesGPT to its North American offices last August after a global pilot in May. Digital Health Funding and M&A
The agreement includes nine hospitals and four additional sites of care all throughout Illinois. Prime said it would invest $250 million to upgrade the facility's systems and technology, as well as other capital improvements, and that no debt will be put on the hospitals to complete the transaction. Mental health company Headway has raised $100 million in Series D funding, which it will use to expand to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid beneficiaries. Patients use Headway’s platform, to search for mental health providers by location, concern and insurance carrier, and schedule an appointment within 48 hours. The company has 34,000 providers and is in network with more than 40 commercial health plans across the U.S. MedCity News
