Celebrating Customer Service and Our Core Values
Every October, we come together as a team to celebrate Customer Service Week. This year, we're expanding the celebration to include our corporate values.
We thoughtfully selected our six values, which embody our ethics, principles, and beliefs. They are a mix of where we are and where we want to go.

For this year's celebration, employees participated in company-wide activities that connected with one of our values and highlighted the important role they play in customer service.
Retired NASA astronaut Joan Higginbotham and New York Times best-selling leadership author Cy Wakeman also joined us in the celebration as keynote speakers — sharing inspiring stories of innovation and strategies for holding ourselves accountable.
We encouraged our team members to show themselves some compassion with our wellness activity, designed to help them face the challenges and stresses of their work environment.
And spotlighted the great work of some of our incredible customer service representatives.
The Employee Assistance Fund: Supporting our own in times of crisis
Compassion begins with us, which is why we also focus on supporting each other through tough times. The Maximus Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) is here for employees facing financial challenges due to unexpected personal hardships and disasters.
Our thoughts are with all those impacted by the recent hurricanes and thanks to this fund, employees affected will have access to support designed to help alleviate some of the financial burdens they may be facing.
