Issue 2: EdTech School + ChatGPT + Job Offers

In between watching my son play shortstop on his high school team and my daughter play middle blocker for her volleyball team and goalkeeper for her soccer team (yes, I get tired just watching them), I've been working non-stop on a few projects launching this summer. I will share the highlights of these projects at the end, so no ghosting me halfway through this newsletter today. Yes, I'm looking at you. ??

What's been on my mind...

AI. That's what's been on my mind. Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn asking me to be a speaker on their education YouTube channel on the topic. I'm not ready. I'm far from an expert. I have mixed feelings about it, just like the rest of the world. Here's where I'm at:

• I'm experimenting with it in my business to learn and understand it. I'm playing around with it in Notion , Canva , and Grammarly to build and enhance content, and my team is very impressed with what we've seen so far.
• I'm showing it to my children and discussing this evolving tool's pros, cons, and dangers.
• I'm talking to relatives about the dangers of the tool because people are already using it to harm, especially people over 70 .

• I'm signing up for newsletters for companies using AI to build tools for education so that I can learn as much as possible. This morning, I signed up for the Khanmigo Education AI newsletter . I'm not ready to shell out $20 to get access once the waitlist for the product is over, but I am ready to learn more about what they are building. The sneak peek I got over on Tik Tok blew my mind.
