??What is the Real Essence of Agile?
I find "Agile" interpreted many different ways.
For example, by many people, “Agile” has become synonymous with Scrum and if you’re not doing Scrum and doing it “by the book”, you’re not really Agile at all.
Here is my interpretation of AGILE:
?? It focuses on being adaptive to customer and business needs in order to maximize the value of the solution;
?? Instead of following a rigidly-defined plan with an emphasis on managing baselines of scope, schedule and cost of delivering the solution;
Agile is the BEST for
?? where there is a high-level of uncertainty where it isn’t practical or possible to define the solution to the problem upfront.
?? being adaptive as an approach to incrementally and iteratively define the solution in more detail as the project is in progress rather than attempting to define detailed requirements for the solution upfront.
Also, it is essential to have the right understanding of AGILE for CAPM and PMP exams.

??Leadership - Skill which you can learn
I learned this skill on the hard way.
In my very first project manager role, I was in a meeting room with 20 people and they were all asking me what we are going to do next?
Deep breath and you try to be confident and give an answer.......
What I learned in my 15 years of PM experience.
There are people who learned how to be a leader or some already "born" with this skill
What does it mean to be a born leader?
Born leaders are people with an innate capacity to effectively manage and lead groups of people to achieve collective goals. Instead of learning to become an effective leader, they have the instinctive ability to inspire others and encourage them to follow their vision.
What does it mean to those who are not born leaders?
These people LEARNED HOW TO HAVE an innate capacity to effectively manage and lead groups of people to achieve collective goals. AFTER LEARNING AND PRACTICE they become an effective leader, and now they have the instinctive ability to inspire others and encourage them to follow their vision.
Never stop learning :-)
