Improving learning and development opportunities for employees

To help cultivate our overall company culture and empower all employees to reach their full potential, the Learning and Organizational Development team uses a shared learning model.

This model fosters collaboration between leaders, departments, and teams, ensuring consistency across our multiple business units. The model also enables employees to access common resources and materials, making it easier for employees to grow into new positions and teams as part of their professional journey.

In 2023, we introduced 14 leadership and professional development programs, including specialized programs for our emerging and senior leaders:

  • New Leader Onboarding: equips new leaders (new to Maximus or promoted to a leadership position) with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to lead their teams from day one.
  • Executive Development Program: This program offers a customized, collaborative, and personalized learning experience to identify and develop Maximus’ future leaders.

Forward-thinking tuition reimbursement program

In October 2023, we launched our tuition reimbursement program to support our employees’ personal and professional goals and contribute to our goal of a culture of continuous learning. Eligible employees can use the program to pursue further education, obtain certifications related to their current or potential future roles, and contribute to the company’s collective success.
