The transition to a hybrid working environment is about taking learnings, evaluating data, and adapting to feedback from those employees experiencing it in the trenches daily. This is the only way organizations will be able to effectively evolve and become enablers for a true hybrid experience. What to Read

A Day in the Life of a Hybrid Worker: “Hybrid work” may be synonymous with the modern workplace today, yet it’s incredible to think just two and a half years ago how different a typical work schedule and work environment looked like. For many employees, hybrid work has been embraced as a great way to achieve more work-life balance. For some, adjusting to a hybrid work routine has had its ups and downs.
