Workspace hub scoops hattrick of award nods

A serviced workspace in Northampton town centre has been shortlisted for a hattrick of esteemed local business awards.

Vulcan Works, which offers unique office space, business support, hotdesking and coworking opportunities from its base in the town’s Cultural Quarter has already won a flurry of awards since it launched last year.

Now it has been named as a finalist in three separate categories of the prestigious Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards 2024, which celebrate the very best of the county’s business community.

Northamptonshire pub roaring success at Great British Pub Awards

Northamptonshire popular pub, The Red Lion at Cranford, is celebrating its roaring success after winning another prestigious national hospitality award.

The triumphant team from The Red Lion, part of the Greedy Gordons pub company, raised a glass to the pub being announced as winners at The Great British Pub Awards 2024, where the venue won the acclaimed Punch Pubs Pub of the Year Award.

Museum Launches #GirlsWill 2024 plus Free Entry for Girls this October!

Silverstone Museum is on track to encourage even more females to take pole position in motorsport careers as its #GirlsWill campaign gets off to a roaring start this October.

Back by popular demand, the Museum’s Girls Go Free offer returns to grant free entry throughout October to all girls under the age of 18 in a bid to drive more females into the industry.

Local IT consultancy helps improve financial wellbeing of their employees

3RS IT Solutions, which offers IT support to businesses, is helping to improve the financial wellbeing of their staff by joining the Partners scheme at Commsave, a not-for-profit financial co-operative based in Northampton.

The scheme is a financial wellbeing staff benefits package that’s free for Northamptonshire employers and is designed to help organisations stand out from the crowd so they can recruit and retain the very best employees.
