'Israel’s' Claims of ‘Hamas Embedding’ Amidst Civilians Ring Hollow

For years, 'Israel' has justified the killing of thousands of Palestinian civilians by claiming Hamas hides behind civilians. But what happens when the mirror is turned on 'Israel'? "Israel accuses Hamas of embedding, but the truth is: 'Israel’s' military lives among its civilians too.

Hamas is not a state military with access to billion-dollar infrastructure. Resistance movements are born from occupied people, not billion-dollar defense budgets. Expecting them to operate from military bases far from civilian zones, like a state-funded army, is laughable. It’s not Hamas hiding behind civilians—it’s Palestinians living under occupation.

Meanwhile, 'Israel' boasts one of the most advanced militaries in the world, yet it builds its bases in cities like Haifa and Tel Aviv, putting its civilians at risk. The double standard could not be clearer.

'Israel’s' military infrastructure is entangled with civilian populations across the country. From airbases in Tel Aviv to Mossad headquarters in residential Herzliya, 'Israel’s' army is woven into the civilian fabric. If Hamas is guilty of embedding, what then can be said of 'Israel'? "By their own logic, any attack on these installations would inevitably lead to civilian casualties.

Let’s examine October 7th. Hamas targeted military installations, but 'Israel’s' military doesn’t sit on some isolated hill—it’s smack in the middle of cities, where civilians live. If we hold Hamas accountable for civilian casualties, why isn’t 'Israel' blamed for embedding its own military within civilian areas? Shouldn’t the same logic apply? Consistency is key. If Hamas is guilty, so is 'Israel'.

If the international community condemns Hamas for putting civilians at risk, it’s time to turn that same scrutiny toward 'Israel'. The reality is that both sides embed themselves among civilians, and both sides are responsible for the tragic loss of life. Let’s stop pretending that 'Israel’s' hands are clean—because they’re not!
