In the capital markets space, e-commerce platform My Size carried out a registered direct offering and private placement, with a cross-border team from Greenberg Traurig Tel Aviv advising, while Paz Ashdod Refinery Ltd. completed private bonds issuance, at NIS 580 million, with the company represented by Goldfarb Gross Seligman – now known as Goldfarb Gross Seligman, the largest law firm in Israel, after its merger.?
