iSpace expands footprint and announces its brand-new serviced office space in Dubai

iSpace has announced the opening of its second serviced office space of 19,016 square feet in The Offices 5, One Central, Dubai on September 1, 2023. The facility boasts ready-to-move and fully furnished offices with Intelligent solutions of unique digital ecosystem.?

Just after the successful opening of its first project in Dubai on March 1st, 2023, iSpace entered into a second long-term lease agreement for office space in shell & core with Dubai World Trade Centre L.L.C. JLL MENA acted as deal consultant.

?Located in the Offices 5, Level 6 the brand-new project features 19,016 sq. ft. (1,767 sq. m.) ready-to-move office space. iSpace office is designed to accommodate up to 192 workstations along with 18 meeting rooms, 9 phone booths, lounge zones and even an event hall.

By today, iSpace has got full occupancy in its both serviced offices already which justifies the direction of the business strategy by focusing on the highest level of hospitality.

The location of iSpace projects is One Central, premium business center in the heart of Dubai business life with a range of amenities and exceptional proximity to the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai International Financial Centre.
