When it comes to Photometric design, matching the photometric data with the requirements lists is a challenge. Because, we get different requirements from city, county and Starbucks standards. Moreover, city and county requirements regarding property lines differ from each other. Thus, in this project our challenge was to satisfy both requirements of the client. We began working on the project by differentiating the property line with city/ county and making a different property line for city and county as well, the county property line was placed where the main road is passing so it counted under county road and another property line which is under the city. We used Agi32 to calculate the accurate photometric predictions. It helped us computing illuminance in various situations, assisting in luminaire placement and aiming, and validating adherence to any number of lighting criteria.
The deep-rooted passion for cricket among Indians was once again evident in the recently organized ISP Cricket Tournament - 2023. Although not every team emerged victorious, the event proved to be an excellent opportunity for team building and bonding. The tournament brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, instilling in them the belief that they could tackle any challenge as a united team. The sporting extravaganza not only helped us alleviate stress but also provided a platform to channelize our positive energy. This?tournament provided an opportunity for individuals within the ISP to understand and appreciate each other better. As our HR Head, Dhara Upadhyay, aptly said, "Engaging in physical activity is crucial for enhancing brain function. Spending excessive time in the workplace often results in one-dimensional thinking. Sports, on the other hand, helps individuals improve their critical thinking and self-assurance." At the end of the day, the event helped us build strong relationships, maintain physical fitness, and imbued us with the confidence to conquer any obstacle.?Heartfelt congratulations to the?DareDevils of Delhi (Location: Surat)?and the?Ahmedabad Avengers (Location: Ahmedabad)?on their well-deserved victories in the tournament.

In Thiruvananthapuram, India, there is a remarkable abode called the Pirouette House, which boasts of walls that seem to be alive and moving. Constructed using sustainable materials such as mud, bricks, and waste, the Pirouette House spans across 196 square meters, making it an epitome of eco-friendliness. The brilliant architect Vinu Daniel incorporated the 'Rat Trap Bond' technique to design the structure, which not only ensures durability but also provides excellent ventilation and an abundance of natural light. The slanted walls of the Pirouette House create a unique dancing effect that is awe-inspiring.
The staggered walls of the house also ensure privacy and give a sense of separation between different areas. The Pirouette House is truly a masterpiece of sustainable architecture that is not only visually appealing but also has a minimal environmental impact. If you are curious to know more about this fascinating abode, I encourage you to watch the video provided above.
