Isolation In Truth

One would think living one's truth with no secrets should dispel the isolation felt while hiding facets of themselves. In many respects it indeed does but the irony of the situation is that it can, and does, drive a person into a different realm of isolation, as one's eyes begin to open to the superficialness that was once an inherent part of one's existence.

We were part of the facade that shrouded the malevolence and insincerity of the world, and many of those who circulate around and among us. Once we extricate ourselves from the false narrative that once drove and guided us, it lays bare before our eyes the reality of our existence. There is no spoon. We begin to live our lives outside of the Matrix we were intimately part of.

It is a scary truth to face but one we must look square in the eyes and deal with if there is any hope of true happiness and self-fulfillment outside the confines of a society that tries to impose its worldview upon us, and those who wish to keep us mired in a world of mediocrity, as they are. It is the true test of human resilience and growth that all must endure. Most ignore the test and carry on within their facade of illusion while others, once bitten by the forces within, begin to see the futility of their existence within their worlds guided by their false perception of what they thought was real.

Many will read this and not have a fucking clue what it means. Others who have broken through will understand and it is you that I attempt to reach. There is a beacon of light to guide you from the darkness. Focus on it and never look back. The journey forward will be a difficult one but the journey's end will bear the fruits of all you desired and hoped for, despite the beginning of the path being riddled with self-doubt, fear, and an intense desire to remain in the safe, yet false worlds that once comforted us buoyed by the visions of what we thought we wanted.

An important guiding principle to remember and keep close to your heart in your journey forward is that things may not be as they appear. It is up to us to discern what is real and what is not, what serves us well, and what does not, who uplifts and encourages us, and who does not. That which does not serve us well and those who do not empower us must be cast off. An onerous task for sure, and as difficult as it may be to do, it must be done.
