Isn't it time to be different and stand out from your competitors?!$£££££££
Well, this question certainly popped into the minds of myself and my partner Dr Kirsty Hunter on more than one occasion over the period of lock-down as we worked on the new website. So, in answer to the question "What makes Reynolds Contamination Control Ltd different to other sensor suppliers & manufacturers?", it's down to:
- Our People - Our people know and understand cleanliness control sensors. We have been integrating sensors into cleaning solutions for 25+ years and have worked with many of the sensor manufacturers in the field. Not only do we have hands on experience, we also know the software, and the quirks, good and bad, putting us in the best position to recommend the right product for our customers' applications.
- Our Stock - We have a Pall Filtration ethos; we hold stock physically at OUR premises and do not rely on direct shipping from our suppliers. As Burt Kellett from Major Fluid Power used to say to me (and it's something I haven't forgotten years on) "If we're a distributor WE hold stock and WE KNOW the product better than the manufacturer. If you haven’t got it, you can’t sell it" He was a wise man and I learnt a lot from him.
- Our Service - We run the latest design and software packages such as Solidworks and Ansys CFD and can produce branded solutions with custom overlays and manifolds within 14 days. Service like this has been inspired by the likes of Dave Chanin at Matara who can manufacture rod-less cylinders within at matter of hours, 24 hrs a day, & 7 days a week. That's service that everyone can learn something from.
- Our Samples & Hire Equipment - Our total belief in the products and the sensors that we sell means that we are happy to send our potential customers a sample, free of charge, and help them to set the sensor up either remotely or in the field in a matter of minutes. Our aim is to take the "Black Art" out of understanding Oillife sensors and readings, and show everyone how easy it is to integrate a LubCos +H20 sensor into their system.
- Collaboration - Collaboration and continual learning are essential in the creation and maintenance of excellence. We work in partnership only with those who offer complimentary expertise to ensure that, as science progresses, so do we. Our Distributor and partnership agreements are all based on mutual trust which ensures the growth of both parties.
Here is Wayne Hubball, our Technical Director, having a meeting with Mark Anderson at CCL designs discussing the up and coming branded OPCom & LubCos projects for our global clients. Once the labels are manufactured and held in stock, we can dispatch custom monitors as a same-day or next-day service.
The choice is now yours.
We pride ourselves on having it in stock, it's that simple.
Partnerships with ARGO-HYTOS and CCL Designs have allowed us to build custom sensor packages for our clients with no minimum order charge and no long lead times for sensors.
