July Prime Day's now been and gone. Greta Hegedus and Phil Revitt - the PPC team at Sell Beyond - worked hard with our clients in the weeks building up to Prime Day to set up the right advertising campaigns and make the most of this opportunity to boost volume sales profitably.?


This month I've spent time getting to know business leaders from larger companies across the South East with my exclusive Come Dine with Me CEO dinners. At the heart of our conversations was the topic of how to develop a high performing Amazon team.

With Amazon now set to be the UK's largest retailer by 2025, any business with an Amazon sales channel needs to make sure it's not only fit for purpose, but that it has a step-by-step Amazon plan that significantly increases new customers, revenues and profits without taking energy away from other areas of the business. A big ask!


What struck me was that no matter the size of their Amazon team, all CEOs who participated are facing similar challenges in terms of accessing trained resource, refining Amazon profitability, the need for strategic direction and a desire to share with other businesses about the possibilities - and frustrations - of Amazon as a sales channel!

These events were a fantastic opportunity for guests to share insights, expertise and above all knowledge, while networking with other experienced business owners using Amazon as a sales channel. Thanks to all those who joined me at two of London's finest restaurants.?

Who's Who at Sell Beyond - Meet Paul Christopherson

Anyone who's spoken with Sell Beyond will have met one of the 'Watchtowers' of our business. Paul is our lead Amazon Account Manager, but that title does him a disservice.?

He's an Amazon commercial coach and co-pilot for businesses working with Sell Beyond. He's the person who helps us become more than an outsourcing partner, but instead a de-facto growth partner for all our clients. With his regular check-ins, genuine interest in our client's businesses, (above and beyond Amazon), his personable character and not to mention his experience, Paul is an "awesome lieutenant in the Sell Beyond business."

Kav Tanna at Discount Fabrics says

"Paul's strength is in his ability to hold me to account, whilst knowing how to utilise my time efficiently and effectively, leaving me with the ability to focus on other areas of business and life that need more of my time and effort."

Some facts about Paul - his first job was in retail at Woolworths, before he took up a career in banking and insurance. He's run a Yodel distribution warehouse and owned his own high-end fashion retail business on Amazon for ten years.

Nowadays, in addition to Sell Beyond, he's kept busy with his six children, four grandchildren and his love of cars, driving trips, travel, fine food & drink. ?

He's definitely the sort of guy you need on your Amazon team!
