Jim Cook These are great tips for CEOs and leaders to frame their communication, especially in cases like the first example you provide, Board meetings. It would be great to get your thoughts in a future post on best ways to cooperate with Boards for maximum impact. I’ve seen you often bridge the gaps with Board members and executive leaders, getting them to go the extra mile to be helpful. It’s an art.?
