Are you still using an ISDN2, 10,20 or 30 voice connection? You might have once be told that even if your in an NBN ready area your ISDN lines won’t be turned off…. This was once the case but the decision was made that ALL ISDN lines will be fully discounted no later than 2022. This might seem an age away but the disconnection has already begun in many areas and we all know in the business world there is no time like the present.

I hear companies tell me almost daily how important their voices services are to the running of their business but are hesitant to make a change, ISDN is old… They were first rolled out in 1986 (we wouldn’t intrust out business to a telephone or computer from 1986 would we?) While for many all they think they need is a phone to ring the options available for those that have made the jump to a more recent technology is huge. When smart phones started making their way onto the scene many people said they didn’t need their emails in their pocket or had no need for all the features available to them yet now wouldn’t be found dead without their smart phones attached to them. The same can be said for migrating away from a traditional on prem PABX running over the old ISND network…. You might have no idea of the features available to a modern system! 

I’d love the opportunity to show you what migrating away (which you’re going to have to do anyway) will do for the communication aspect of your business!
