Isabel Malbois is our new CEO

We have an exciting update to our Senior Management team! Previously our Managing Director, Isabel Malbois has been appointed CEO with our current CEO and Co-Founder Oliver Mennell becoming Non-Executive Chair.

Isabel joined NEOM as Global Commercial Director in November 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from the beauty industry having spent 15 years at L’Oréal including a 3-year stint in the US as Brand President for Urban Decay and latterly as General Manager of Giorgio Armani UK & Ireland. Since becoming our Managing Director in July 2022, Isabel has built a dynamic and authentic leadership team who lead with kindness, drive strong growth across all categories and has been instrumental in helping to elevate our wellbeing brand and take us into new markets in the US, Canada and Europe. Her new role is effective immediately.

Oliver co-founded NEOM alongside Nicola Elliott in 2005 with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to nurture their wellbeing. And so set out on a mission to help supercharge the wellbeing of the world through small steps that make a big difference, 100% natural fragrances that help people get better sleep, stress less, boost their energy and have a lifted mood. Nicola will remain as Creative Director while Oliver steps into the role of Non-Executive Chair.

It’s been a great pleasure working with Isabel and I’m delighted she is taking on the role of CEO at a very exciting time for the brand. I look forward to continuing to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Nicola day to day and having Oliver close to the business in his new role as chair to keep driving the company onwards and upwards.’
