Throughout my career I have been in the role of influencing others - in their personal lives and careers. Many times over the decades now, in a moment of introspection, I realize that I haven't always heeded my own advice. It took a catastrophic event to push me into a trajectory redefining my career and my personal mission. One of my personal objectives now is to encourage others to answer the question - what kind of life do you want live?
