The Irony of Judgement
As always thanks to Joe Calloway for his inspiration of "Category of One."

The Irony of Judgement

Few statements have come along that were comedic yet profound all at the same time.? The below quote by Mark Twain is one of those statements.?

“Good judgement comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgement.” Mark Twain?

This quote makes me giggle every time I see it.? Yet it is so very profound and true.? I think we ALL have had times where we had a lack of good judgement.? And I am sure that you . . . like me . . . have certainly paid the price for it as well.?

However, it is those experiences of poor judgement that we fine tune our ability to make better judgement.? Over time we hope to eventually become pros at making good judgement.? I believe the biblical term for this is . . . wisdom.? And I pray for wisdom every single day for my family.

So stay light hearted with yourself when you make a bad judgement call.? Look on the bright side.? You have taken one step closer to learning . . . good judgement.?

Happy Serving
