In these difficult times, we at The Peninsula Golf & Country Club thrive by promoting a very popular curbside pick-up program, featuring many specials, and by committing to safe dining in our clubhouse. We never stop creating memories, experiences, and our weekly Iron Chef competition is always popular: dine-in or to-go. Chef Shea challenged me, and we are having fun tonight. My signature entrée is a cod from Iceland, marinated in herbs, pan-seared, served with basmati rice, and an authentic, from scratch ratatouille proven?ale.
