IREB - Behind the Scenes | Hans-J?rg Steffe
Beeing part of IREB
In 2016 I had my first contact with IREB. Due to my background as an agile coach (especially in Scrum), I was interested in how Requirements Engineering can or will be handled in an agile environment. That’s why I was pleased at that time that a working group of IREB planned a further education and certification for RE in the agile environment - RE@Agile - which I joined shortly after.
Since 2019, I have had the privilege of leading the RE@Agile working group to advance the further development of the content there together with experts from science and industry. The result will be the?new AL RE@Agile, which will be available from July 1, 2022.
Share your expertise and become part of the expert network
As a new member of the Board of Directors, I would like to encourage all practitioners and experts in the broad field of Requirements Engineering to become part of the IREB expert network and thus generate ideas for the new and further development of content together with other experts.
What I like about IREB is that experts with very high quality standards in terms of content work together both scientifically and in practical application and jointly create definitions and practical guidelines.
