Iran's new Budget proposal (for 2020/2021)

Iran's financial constraint is changing its national budgeting approach - towards performance based methods, an attempt at combining demand with supply management approaches in expenditures, and two year budgeting. But financing will remain challenging. The proposed Budget has yet to be ratified by Parliament.
