IPTM Releases New Crash Investigation Textbook

We're excited to announce the release of the newest addition to IPTM's library: "A Practical Guide for the Investigation and Reconstruction of Pedestrian and Bicycle Collisions" by Ken Harmon. Ken Harmon is a retired Police Sergeant from the Tempe (AZ) Police Department. He was a Motor Officer assigned to the Traffic Bureau for half of his career, where he investigated and reconstructed serious injury, City liability, and fatal traffic collisions in the Vehicular Crimes Unit.
