The ePTFE membrane is a microporous membrane with a three-dimensional structure formed by stretching PTFE powder laterally and longitudinally by a unique process. Among them, the pore diameter of micropores is 0.01-10 μm, the number of micropores is 100000000+/cm2, and the porosity generally exceeds 90%.


In addition, the ePTFE membrane also has a low surface energy (~21 dynes), which is much lower than that of pure water (~72 dynes). Moreover, it has good temperature resistance from -150 ° C to 260 ° C and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
