iPhone 14 ― True Rumours

Were the iPhone 14 rumours right? It was all just Chinese whispers before its release but were these quiet whispers accurate?

Let’s start with the camera.?It’s probably the second most important feature of a phone, beaten by calling and receiving (obviously). There have been dummy models made of the iPhone 14 for phone case manufacturers and its sizes have been leaked. We know that the camera bump is bigger but what else?

Sweet, sweet detail.?A 48-megapixel camera that could allow iPhones to shoot in 8K resolution!?Android has already done this so no doubt Apple is diving in. Because of the bigger resolution, the camera sensor?increases in size by more than 50%?plus the new “i-notch” will have an upgraded selfie camera—with auto-focusing and a wider aperture. We got this right but also a ton of other features.

How many cameras will the series have? Well, the iPhone 14 and Max will have?two?cameras, one as a main wide-angle and the other as the ultra-wide angle. However, the Pro and Pro Max will not only have these but also a?telephoto?camera with speculation of a 3x zoom or more. The iPhone 14's Ultra Wide camera has up to 2x better low-light photo-capability, whereas the Main camera has 2.5x.

The design overall is fairly similar to the iPhone 13 however the Pro models will eliminate the standard notch in favour of a new one.

And colour, colour, and colour. What are your options? Sources suggest that the iPhone 14 could be introduced in a?royal rose?colour, a?pale blue, or even?teal—and now adding a?deep purple?to the mix. The Pro and Max models also feature a?stunning graphite?shade and?gold?or?rose gold?colour. So what colours were right? It's blue, purple, midnight (black), starlight (white) and red!

What about the always-on display feature??This is exclusively for the Pro and Pro Max. Again Android has this feature and Apple only has this feature with its Apple Watch. It’s suggested that the display would run at?1Hz?without drilling into battery life.?Widgets can be seen with just a quick glance?and Apple will introduce more privacy protections so any sensitive information will?not?be featured.
